Afternoon Tea at The Heritage Court
'Better to be deprived of food for three days, than tea for one.' Ancient Chinese Proverb
Praised by the New York Times as having the best afternoon tea in Bermuda, The Heritage Court is proud to continue this thoroughly British tradition dating back to the early 1800s. Popularized by then Queen Victoria—whose daughter Princess Louise inspired the name Hamilton Princess after her visit to Bermuda in 1883—the custom of taking tea in the afternoon is now a signature event of the hotel, enjoyed daily by tourists and locals alike.
Everything featured on the menu, including the breads, scones and pastries are homemade in our pastry shop then served on elegant silver trays alongside steaming pots of English tea in fine Belgian china kettles.
Afternoon Tea at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess is an experience not to be missed.
