The Heritage Court
Designed to reflect Bermuda's rich British colonial history, The Heritage Court is the premier restaurant of the historic Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
Featuring colorful maritime paintings, handsome hardwood tables plus cozy lounges and sofas in an elegant lobby side dining room, the restaurant serves an eclectic mix of all day fare.
At the bar a fine selection of cognac, wine, and champagne by the glass await. Have one of our mixologists create a signature martini or cocktail. Try an island favorite like the Bermuda Rum Swizzle, a delicious mix of local Gosling's Black Seal Rum, and tropical juices. A selection of cigars to be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace are also available.
