On The Grapevine - Food and Beverage Flavors

Overlooking picturesque Hamilton Harbor, the Fairmont Hamilton Princess is Bermuda’s “Grande Dame”.  Since 1885, the hotel has been entertaining Bermudians and visitors and offers a variety of activities. 

Monday
Start your week off right with Martini Mondays and the Fairmont Hamilton Princess.  The talented team of Fairmont mixologists will create a specialty martini each Monday night at the Heritage Court. Mix it up on Monday nights as you discover a variety of new cocktails at a great value.

Wednesday
If it’s Wednesday it’s wine tasting at Harley’s Private Dining Room, in partnership with Gosling's a family business for nearly two centuries famous for Black Seal Rum and importer of fine wines.  Join the hotel’s sommelier for a complimentary wine tasting, focused on different regions and varietals, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. After the tasting stay for dinner at Harley’s Restaurant and Terrace where the chef creates a specially paired menu featuring that evening’s wine.

This summer, Harley's Restaurant and Terrace, sponsor the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club's Wednesday Night Sailing Regatta with the start-finish line off the Fairmont Hamilton Princess terrace every Wednesday night May through September.  Guests are able to appreciate the tightly contested races replete with spinnakers from a ringside seat at Harley's Restaurant and Terrace. 

Thursday
Experience a taste of the sea, paired with a crisp wine with Oyster & Chablis Thursdays at the Heritage Court.  Enjoy fresh oysters, flown in the night before, and a chilled glass of Chablis, served tableside from 5:00 p.m.

Friday
Kick off your weekend right at Bermuda’s hippest Happy Hour at the Princess Patio from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Watch the sunset and unwind under the stars to live music and DJ Double S who spins an array of hip hop, rock and lounge beats. Happy Hour at the Princess Patio is offered through September, rain or shine.

Sunday
Sunday Brunch - all the traditional favorites are served indoors or on our spectacular pool deck terrace from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Harley's Restaurant and Harley's Terrace.

Daily
Experience a Bermudian tradition with the Heritage Court’s award-winning Afternoon Tea.  Voted one of Top 10 Best Afternoon Teas in the World by Enroute Magazine, there are few activities more civilized. Served daily from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Heritage Court.
