Bell Staff

Bellmen are located at all main entrances and in the lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m., local time, on the day of arrival, and check-out is anytime before noon.

Complementary One-Way Shuttle Service

Longing for exploring the alleys of the charming Khan El Khalili or for spending a day at the fascinating Egyptian Museum? Fairmont Heliopolis and Towers provides a complementary one-way shuttle service to both destinations for your convenience. The service is available once per day at 9:00am.

Want to shop till you drop? The hotel offers a complementary one-way shuttle service to the largest shopping mall in Cairo; City Stars. The service is available twice per day at 11:00am and 5:00pm.

In addition, each hour a free shuttle bus with WiFi connection is available to escort you to Cairo International Airport. The service is available throughout the whole day.

Whether you need to know the directions to the endless Cairo attraction or a recommendation on theaters in town, our concierge is always there with the knowledge and passion to exceed your expectations.

Currency Exchange

Currency exchange is available at the Misr Bank in the hotel 24/7. They can convert most major currencies (USD, CDN, EURO, AUS) as well as cash traveler’s cheques.

Express Check-Out

Guests who provide their mailing address and credit card information prior to or at check-in are offered the following check-out options:

Video Check-Out
Guests may review their account status and check-out from the guest room television set.

Voice-Mail Check-Out
Guests may dial the hotel check-out extension from their hotel room and a recording will guide guests through the check-out process.

Express Check-Out Box
Guests may verify and sign their bill received the night prior to departure.  The signed copy may be dropped in the Express Check-Out Box, located at the Front Desk.

Housekeeping

The hotel’s professional housekeeping staff is pleased to offer daily maid service, including turn-down service, to ensure guests have a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Laundry Services

The hotel provides laundry and dry-cleaning services from 7:00am to 11:00pm. All laundry items received before 10:00am will be delivered the same day after 6:00pm.

Special Service for items received between 10:00am and 1:00pm, and three-hour Express Service from 7:00am and 8:00pm are also available at an extra charge.

Laundry bags and price list are located in the guest room's wardrobe.

Parking

For your convenience the hotel provides all guests with valet parking. Self parking is also available at per hour fees, with no in-and-out privileges.

Safety deposit boxes

All guest rooms and suites are equipped with an in-room safety deposit box.  Additionally, safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk.
