The property was amazing, hospitality was stupendous. The only downside was that the pool was inoperable due to a wedding. Also the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were inoperable due to ongoing repairs.

Disappointing. Not a five star experience. Weddings took priority and they were daily lasting until the early hours of the morning. Not suitable hotel for young children as a result. No access to pool (which was green and dirty as it was the setting for wedding stages), the common areas were very run down. It was like a train station with the volume of wedding guests. Lots of little things that added up eg no replenishing of tea, sachet powder milk, knobs falling off doors, not cleaning teacups. Terrible floral air freshener smell that permeated the hotel. Very poor quality food (inedible) at room service although executive chef and team in main restaurant were excellent.

The welcome and checkin wasn’t good because of wedding at hotel. But they handled our complaint well, and rest of the stay went smooth. The F&B team needs some improvement with consistency and continuity in maintaining service standard.

Pool was closed. When it was open, it was still very small. Food was decent but could have been much better. Hospitality and service was top notch. Only 3 lifts and are not programmed properly. You have to wait for long periods of time.

Our experience at Fairmont, was just a treat to us. Words can’t express how grateful we are for all the amazing people who is part of this phenomenal team at the Fairmont , Jaipur. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, from the rose petals shower from above, the sound of the amazing drums. It was just spectacular.
