• Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights.
• The summer rates are applicable from May 01st to 30th September 2013.
• 2 Children below 12 yrs can stay in each room.
• Child below 5 year can stay in the room (complimentary) with parents inclusive of breakfast. Child between 5 years to 18 years can stay in the same room at INR 1,000 (inclusive of breakfast and taxes).
• Additional Room for children @ 3,000 (inclusive of breakfast and taxes).
• Rates are valid for all nationalities.
• This is a limited room & period offer - only limited number of rooms are available under this offer, rates are subject to increase on holidays & extended weekends.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI.
• Check-in 1400 hours and Check-out 1200 hours.

• No charges, if cancelled before 7 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 7 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

• 100% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival post which booking will be released.
