Overall stay is good. Only problem is during check in, the staff not familiar with accor's benefits (eg. charging original price instead of member price). It takes longer time to check in/payment if you are using accor membership. There are some activities within the hotel which meed to be improved. Otherwise it looks pathetic (eg kids playground, 1 little mini golf, 1 basket ball and 2 sets of archery for entire hotel guest).
i booked the hotel mainly because of the kids activities which basically nothing happened on 10th of April. nothing was done from the '' kids daily activity schedule '' either canceled for non sense reasons or there is no number to do the activity! hotel management is responsive to complaints which is much appreciated

We requested a baby crib but was later informed there were no more cribs available, during breakfast we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated and no baby high chair was available, later the staff brought us a booster seat for our baby.. after check in we waited around 30 minutes for our luggage to be send to our room, I kept calling the concierge to ask about the back and was told the bag is on the way to our room which it wasn’t, we had baby formula and diapers in our bag that we needed, eventually I went downstairs to find my bag still behind the desk. Check in and check out took a long time.. Having said all this, I must say because it was holiday period the hotel was very busy, lot’s of guests so I can understand why everything happened like it did. The location was good and all the staff was really friendly.
We had a very pleasant ten day stay on the twentieth floor, found staff in all departments first rate. The several restaurants were quite wonderful; the pool, gym and spa exceptionally well managed. The Iftar buffet was memorable for choices and quality. Room service, housekeeping and security were world class. Looking forward to another stay in late May 2024. It was a pleasant experience. Service is excellent. But some amenities are old and need improvement. Such as the cabinets and TV. Some improvement in the room and impeccable service and it will be rock.
