Babysitting service is available at a price of $15.00/hour for one or two children, $18.00/hour for three children. Four or more children will require two babysitters at the applicable rates. Arrangements are made through the Concierge Desk.
Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel, and will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby, next to the Front Desk. They will assist you with dinner reservations, transportation and directions to major attractions in the area.
A host of boutiques and services, on the Main Lodge's lower level offers a unique shopping experience. There's something for every taste and desire, whether it's original art, cosmetics, collectibles, casual mountain fashions or the latest bestseller. Services include: a Sushi bar, hair salon and massage studio. Open daily for your shopping convenience.Please refer to the Shopping section of this website, under Explore Area, for detailed information on each of our Gift Shops.
The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots at no extra cost.
The Royal Service Department is pleased to offer same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services, seven days a week. Laundry bags with the price list can be found in every guest room's closet. Delivery is usually done between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pressing service is also available.
Self parking for our guests is complimentary. However, the hotel also offers valet parking service for a price of $15 per night for our guests
Pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of $50.00/day (max 2 pets) to a maximum of $250.00. The animal must be on a leash at all times. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended for brief periods, and front desk is alerted. Pets are not allowed in food service areas, including the lounges or Great Hall. *Working Dogs the Exception*
Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra cost.
Skis are not permitted in the guest rooms. Therefore, the hotel is pleased to provide ski storage at the Bell Desk.
The hotel has two fully-equipped ''special needs accommodations'' and they are located in the Main building. The rooms have two double beds and unobstructed walkway. The bathrooms have a roll-in shower, lowered vanity, safety rails and lower peephole.
