Hours Of Operation:

The Edith Cavell Dining Room is now closed.

Open from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Saturday - Wednesday during the summer months.  The Edith Cavell is closed during the winter months, but is open at select times during Christmas, New Years, and Valentine's Day.  Please contact Dining Reservations to confirm availability during these times.

Dress Code:

Denim, shorts, t-shirts or athletic wear are not acceptable.  Collared shirts are recommended for men.

Reservations:

Reservations are required and can be made when you book your room on-line or by contacting the Dining Reservation desk at (780) 852-6052.  Book your dining experience two weeks prior to ensure your dining experience.
