Babysitting
Babysitting service is available at a price of $15/hour for one or two children, $18/hour for three children. Four or more children will require two babysitters at the applicable rates. Arrangements are made through the Concierge Desk. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
Bell Staff
Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel, and will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby, next to the Front Desk. They will assist you with dinner reservations, transportation and directions to major attractions in the area.
Gift Shops

Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots at no extra cost.
Laundry Services
The Royal Service Department is pleased to offer same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services, seven days a week. Laundry bags with the price list can be found in every guest room's closet. Delivery is usually done between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pressing service is also available.
Parking
Self parking for our guests is always complimentary. However, the hotel also offers valet parking service for a price of $25 per night for our guests. We are pleased to offer free valet parking for hybrid vehicles.

Ski Storage
Skis are not permitted in the guest rooms. Therefore, the hotel is pleased to provide ski storage at the Bell Desk.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The hotel has two fully-equipped ''special needs accommodations'' and they are located in the Main building. The rooms have two double beds and unobstructed walkway. The bathrooms have a roll-in shower, lowered vanity, safety rails and lower peephole.
