Indoor Wedding Ceremony Locations
The Spike and Tonquin Rooms are located in the Golf Clubhouse and have large windows overlooking Canada's #1 Golf Resort. The private function space has a stone fireplace in the room and is often used during the winter months for evening candle lit ceremonies. The Spike and Tonquin Rooms can accommodate up to 110 guests.
The Mary Schaffer Ballroom can seat up ot a maximum of 175 guests. Large windows and beautiful chandeliers adorn this room.
The Beauvert Room is our main ballroom, and is best suited for large weddings of up to 600 guests. The large, expansive windows look onto the sparkling waters of Lac Beauvert.
Outdoor Wedding Locations
The beautiful crystal green waters of Lac Beauvert offer three stunning outdoor locations to host your wedding ceremony. All locations overlook the lake and Whistler's Mountain, and are available from May through early October (weather dependent - backup indoor location provided).
Whistler's Plateau
Is a grassy area nestled between our incredible Whistler's cabins and Lac Beauvert with a view of the 16th tee on the golf course. It can accommodate large groups up to 200 guests.
Beauvert Plateau is a large, gently sloping location that boasts an unobstructed view of Mount Edith Cavell. It's perfect for up to 350 guests.
Our Sun Decks stand on the edge of the water and can hold up to 25 guests. There are five charming Sun Decks to choose from, perfect for a small, intimate gathering. Suitable for stand-up ceremonies only.
