Immerse yourselves in the beauty of our surroundings and choose from three different yoga classes that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It doesn't matter what yoga level you are at with three different classes to chose from we'll one have perfectly suited for you!

Power Yoga with Melody on Mondays, from 6:30-7:30pm* $15.00 plus GST

This dynamic class is designed to flow as we will be moving from one pose to the next, creating an effective aerobic workout for beginners and experts alike.  We include creative variations and sequencing to keep you challenged while your practice evolves.  This class will teach you to breathe with intention, move mindfully, and develop awareness that you can use on your mat and in the world. Suitable for all levels.


Yin Yoga with Melody on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm* $15.00 plus GST 

Yin Yoga focuses a release of connective tissues and cultivation of observance, breath, and meditation as we surrender into postures for longer periods of time and open ourselves to the release of deeply held, stagnant energy. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Melody on Saturdays from 10:00-11:00am $15.00 plus GST

A dance between movement and breath.  With each inhale you stretch and elongate the muscles, with each exhalation you deepen into the pose.  This class will move you through balancing postures, spine strengtheners and hip openers, ending in a deep, relaxing savasana.
