Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Christine on Mondays, from 6:30-7:30pm* $15.00 plus GST
A dance between movement and breath.With each inhale you stretch and elongate the muscles, with each exhalation you deepen into the pose.This class will move you through balancing postures, spine strengtheners and hip openers, ending in a deep, relaxing savasana.
Yin/Yang Yoga with Christine on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm* $15.00 plus GST
Yin/Yang Yoga combines yin yoga with a gentle flow practice. The yin portion of our practice focuses on a release of connective tissues and cultivation of observance, breath, and meditation as we surrender into postures for longer periods of time and open ourselves to the release of deeply held, stagnant energy. We then move into a short, gentle flow that allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment in our vinyasa practice. Suitable for all levels.
Happy Hour Yoga with Christine on Fridays from 6:30 -7:30pm* $15.00 plus GST
This is a slow flow class with concentration is on alignment and longer holding of postures to connect mind to breath and breath to body.Modifications will be made to customize to your specific needs.This class is for letting go of the week and to start your weekend feeling free!
