Maui Wedding Locations
Our Maui wedding sites are available for your wedding ceremony any day of the week, any time of the day. All Maui wedding locations are booked on a first-come first-serve basis. Once you have selected your wedding site and wedding package, contact our Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui wedding manager at weddings@kealani.com to check site availability or to request additional information.
Our Tropical Gazebo is located at the foot of our three-tiered Royal Fountain Terrace. It is a semi-private and secluded area. The Tropical Gazebo offers a garden setting with a beautiful white arched Gazebo background. Oceanfront photographs can be taken on the beach following your wedding ceremony. The Tropical Gazebo can accommodate approximately 75 guests seated or 100 guests standing.
The Pacific Terrace overlooks the Maui beach and Pacific Ocean. This location offers a truly beautiful Hawaiian setting, with the islands of Lanai, Molokini and Kahoolawe in the background. The Pacific Terrace is an ideal wedding location for beautiful sunset ceremonies. Photographs can be taken on the beach following your wedding ceremony. The Pacific Terrace can accommodate a maximum of 45 guests seated, depending on the size of your bridal party.
Just in case there is rain on your special day
In case of inclement weather, your wedding will be moved to one of our indoor locations. The annual average temperature of Maui is 80-85 degrees during the day and 65-70 degrees in the evening with approximately four inches of rain annually.
Our 4th and 6th Floor Alcove are two of our alternate locations that provide breathtaking ocean views with large arched open-air breezeways allowing you to capture the outdoor beauty even when indoors. The 4th and 6th Floor Alcove can accommodate a maximum of 35 guests seated or 50 standing guests.
Our grounds offer beautiful exclusive photographic opportunities, as well as the privacy you deserve on your wedding day.
Resort Guidelines
A two-night stay for the bride and groom is required when hosting your Wailea, Maui beach wedding at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui.
Any event booked in the Lobby Mezzanine requires a $5,000 minimum of food and beverage. Any event booked at the Polo Lawn requires a $15,000 minimum of food and beverage.
Every outdoor function is booked with an available indoor weather backup area.
Additional charges apply for wedding events booked on a holiday.
An entertainment curfew of 9:00 p.m. applies to all outdoor functions. DJs, Karaoke and dance floors are not permitted at outdoor functions.
Buffet dinners only are served at the Polo Beach Lawn location.
Maui County Fire Department regulations prohibit open flames indoors, however, battery operated votives are permitted.
The legal drinking age in Hawaii is 21 and Maui Liquor Law requires identification for any individual consuming alcoholic beverages at any banquet function or outlet. Maui County Liquor Department regulations prohibit outside alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the hotel property.
