Suites

One-bedroom suites offer a spacious 840 square feet of living space and private lanais (patios).  Each of these distinctive Maui, Hawaii, accommodations features a living room with a queen sofa bed, full entertainment system including a DVD player and wireless high-speed Internet access (Complimentary for Fairmont President's Club members).  French doors separate the living room from the bedroom where beds are adorned with summer weight down comforters. The large marble bathroom contains twin pedestal sinks, deep soaking tub and walk-in shower.  A wet bar, microwave oven, coffee maker and compact refrigerator are also standard in all suites.

Villas

The 37 two and three-bedroom villas are just steps away from spectacular Polo Beach, Wailea.  The two-bedroom villa is 1800 square feet and the three-bedroom villa embodies 2200 square feet.  In addition to providing all the amenities available in the suites, these two-story oceanfront accommodations in Hawaii, feature a private courtyard with plunge pool, deluxe barbeque grill, second bathroom, private washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Most of the hotel’s villas include a complimentary luxury class rental vehicle (sedan, convertible, SUV, Jeep, or minivan) for pick up at the Kahului airport (OGG)*.  Villa guests are welcomed with a reusable bag full of tropical fruits, Hawaiian jams, fresh baked bread, brie cheese, pancake mix, snacks, as well as chilled waters and tropical juices which are refreshed daily.

New in 2012, our exclusive villa guests will be receiving additional premium amenities. Pillow top beds will be adorned with summer weight down comforters and complimentary valet parking will be included in all villa reservations. Villa guests will also enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast buffet at Kea Lani Restaurant (four guests daily for two-bedroom villas and six guests daily for three-bedroom villas). The buffet features a made-to-order omelet station, eggs benedict, buttermilk pancakes, Belgium waffles, link sausage and smoked bacon, as well as Asian style breakfast foods such as rice and miso soup. The buffet boasts a wide variety of local seasonal fruit including guava, mountain apples, rambutans and papaya. Fresh from the oven treats, such as mango bread and banana nut bread, are also baked in the resort’s pastry shop each morning.
