Independent babysitting services are available on the Island of Maui. Please contact the hotel's Concierge Desk for details.
The Bell Staff are available at the Porte Cochere in the Main Lobby of the resort. They will be happy to assist you with valet parking, porterage and luggage storage.

The Keiki Lani Kid's Club, the hotel's activity center for kids, is a state-licensed facility for children between 5 and 13 years old. Keiki Lani, which means ''Heavenly Children'' in Hawaiian, offers supervised activities by accredited staff. Keiki will enjoy storytelling, creative arts and crafts, exciting games, swimming, and meeting friends while being exposed to our beautiful Hawaiian culture. Each child receives a complimentary Keiki Lani T-shirt on their first visit.

- The Keiki Lani Kid's Club can accommodate up to 19 children.
- Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.
- Parents are required to complete a medical form when enrolling their keiki.
- Full Day Camp: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Half Day Camp: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Evening Camp: 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (In order for evening camp to be established, two or more children must be signed up before 12:00 p.m. on the desired day.)
The Concierge staff is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm daily in the Main Lobby of the resort. They can help you arrange golf and dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions.
Guests have easy access to five elevators located throughout the resort.

The Housekeeping staff will be pleased to provide rollaways, extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. to ensure comfort for all our guests.
Laundry and valet services are available through the Housekeeping Department. Same-day dry cleaning is also available. Washers and dryers are available on guest suite floors.
Over night valet parking is available for a fee and self parking is complimentary.

Well-behaved dogs weighing 20 lbs. or less from within the state of Hawaii are welcome to the resort for an additional $25 per night. Out-of-state dogs are also welcome, but must pass Hawaii State Laws regarding quarantine. For more information contact Hawaii Animal Quarantine at 808-483-7171 or click here.
All dogs must be leashed while on property and if left unattended in the suite, must be kept in a carrier.
Seeing Eye Dogs and Service Dogs are permitted without charge and without quarantine provided Hawaii State Laws are met.

The Fairmont Store offers logo wear and casual resort wear for women, men and children. There is also a large selection of made-on-Maui gifts including artwork and music by local artists. And for your convenience, the store also carries sundries, local and national newspapers, books, magazines and offers film processing, agriculturally approved pineapples to ship home, and children's DVD rentals.
- Island Sunsations
Located on the lobby level, Island Sunsations offers swimwear and beach wear for men, women, and children. You'll also find a selection of popular Maui Jim sunglasses and an assortment of hair accessories, sarongs, sandals and jewelry along with children's beach toys.
- Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli
Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli not only has gourmet food products but also offers a wide variety of unique gifts including specialty items and our signature Kea Lani jams, jellies, and condiments.
Wheelchair accessible suites are available at the resort. These suites feature wide doorways, lower peepholes, lower climate control and lower closet pole. Handicap parking stalls are available in the front and back of the resort.
