The Bell Staff are available at the Porte Cochere in the Main Lobby of the resort. They will be happy to assist you with valet parking, porterage and luggage storage.

The Concierge staff is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm daily in the Main Lobby of the resort. They can help you arrange golf and dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions.
Guests have easy access to five elevators located throughout the resort.

The Housekeeping staff will be pleased to provide rollaways, extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. to ensure comfort for all our guests.
Laundry and valet services are available through the Housekeeping Department. Same-day dry cleaning is also available. Washers and dryers are available on guest suite floors.
Over night valet parking is available for a fee and self parking is complimentary.

Well-behaved dogs weighing 20 lbs. or less from within the state of Hawaii are welcome to the resort for an additional $25 per night. All dogs must be leashed while on property and if left unattended in the suite, must be kept in a carrier.
Seeing Eye Dogs and Service Dogs are permitted without charge and without quarantine provided Hawaii State Laws are met.

- Island Sunsations
Located on the lobby level, Island Sunsations offers swimwear and beach wear for men, women, and children. You'll also find a selection of popular Maui Jim sunglasses and an assortment of hair accessories, sarongs, sandals and jewelry along with children's beach toys.
- Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli
Caffe Ciao Bakery & Deli not only has gourmet food products but also offers a wide variety of unique gifts including specialty items and our signature Kea Lani jams, jellies, and condiments.
Wheelchair accessible suites are available at the resort. These suites feature wide doorways, lower peepholes, lower climate control and lower closet pole. Handicap parking stalls are available in the front and back of the resort.
