The Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club provides a comprehensive range of conference rooms, all-round secretarial services and audiovisual equipment. The largest of our four conference rooms accommodates up to 120 persons theatre style. The prestigious `Board Room' seats 12 around a boar room table. Syndicate rooms are adjacent to the conference facilities.

A choice of several conference rooms is available for the exacting organizer. If conference participants are residents of the Club, there is no charge to use the conference rooms. Syndicate rooms are available for the smaller meetings.

COLOBUS CONFERENCE ROOM
This spacious, natural-light filled room opens onto the Manor Courtyard gardens. This 92 sqm conference room is located in the heart of Club and will accommodate comfortably your event from 5 to 70 people depending on the conference set up. Coffee breaks or working lunches are served in the adjacent prefunction area along the Equator.

TEMBO CONFERENCE ROOM
This luxury boardroom will be available as from end April and will accommodate your board meeting up to 12 members. It is located in the Business Center area facing the courtyard and Equator line. Coffee breaks and working lunches are served in the Courtyard or in the pre-function area.
