National House of Organ and Chamber Music
The organ hall with around 4,000 pipes is located in the converted church of St. Nikolai’s. Most days of the week evening performances take place. The repertoire features classical or contemporary organ and chamber music.
National Philharmonic of Ukraine
Concerts are held at The Lysenko Hall. The hall has a sumptuous neoclassical interior and is the base for both the Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine and the Kiev Chamber Orchestra. Concerts take place most nights at 7:00 p.m.
Theatre
National Academic Drama Theatre
The theatre presents a diverse selection of plays ranging from Bulgakov classics to more modern experimental works. Plays are performed in Ukrainian, but English translations are usually available.

National Opera of Ukraine
An exquisite 19th-century building houses the country's most famous opera and ballet company. Performances are staged every day at 7pm. There is a wide classical repertoire of opera, dance and concerts.
