White Water Rafting

If you are looking to add some excitement to your vacation in the Rockies then visit the Wild Water Adventures team located in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.  You can choose between an exciting whitewater trip – designed to thrill and soak, or, for the younger or more reluctant rafter, join the more scenic, gentle ride on the famous Kicking Horse – warning, you will still get wet!

Meet at the Wild Water desk in the hotel and enjoy a guided shuttle out to the warm and comfortable RiverBase Daylodge; or, if you are keen to explore spectacular Yoho National Park with its plentiful waterfalls and towering mountains, drive yourselves the easy 40 minutes out to the RiverBase. Self drive map will be supplied.

You'll be fully outfitted for your guided rafting journey - all you need to bring is a swimsuit and towel. After the trip of a lifetime down the river, tasty bakery treats and fresh fruit will be rewarded with piping hot and refreshing cold beverages.  Trips depart twice daily from mid-May through mid-September.

Trips available for rafters 8 years and up.  Reservations required.
