The Walliser Stube is open for dinner daily from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.  The Wine Bar, serving wine, cheeses, and chocolate fondue, is open Friday & Saturday from 9 p.m. - 11 p.m.  The Walliser Stube is pleased to present a Taste of the Fairview Dining Room menu, available each evening.

Resort casual: shorts, t-shirts or athletic wear are not acceptable and collared shirts are recommended for men.
