LAKE LOUISE SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS
Age Requirements: Lake Louise spa services are available for guests of 16 years of age or older. Minors 8 and above may enjoy Salon treatments which include all nail and hair services. As the Lake Louise spa is an adult area, we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children.
Cancellation Policy: Please afford us a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations. If less than 24-hours a 50% charge of services will be billed to your credit card. If less than 4-hours a 100% charge of services will be billed to your credit card. Cancelling overnight Spa Packages would incur the room cancellation policy also.

HEALTH CLUB
Hours of Operation:
Open seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The Health Club is located on the 1st floor of the resort near the west elevators.

- Elliptical Trainers
- Stair climber
- Free weights
- Stationary bikes
- Treadmills
- Weight machines
Please Note:
Health Club facilities are available to hotel guests only. A room key is required for access. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
