Dozens of complimentary activities for the entire family are scheduled from December 22 to January 03 including skating parties, cross-country skiing, an outdoor Christmas pageant with live animals, caroling, cooking classes, ice-carving demonstrations, children's entertainers, and unique adventures. Bring along your own holiday traditions - but leave the Christmas tree at home. Be our guest in this winter wonderland and the Chateau will provide a personally-decorated festive tree delivered to your room on request. The term `Christmas Tree' is a treasured one, conjuring up images of brightly wrapped presents, the magic of Santa Claus and the warmth of a loving family.

Professional children's entertainers, Jackie Frost and her elves, lead Winter Wonderland activities for three to 12-year old elves in training, including a production of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas,' nightly bedtime stories, a visit from Santa, two dazzling New Year's parties, and an elves' 'Playland' stocked with toys, crafts, and games. There are regular movie nights, as well as babysitting, and pet-minding available. Adults can select from Christmas feasts to themed buffets and special events, including a Murder Mystery Dinner or the gala New Year's Ball.
The hotel halls are decked with scarlet red poinsettias, staircase banisters are draped with green garland and a two-story Christmas tree greets guests in the lobby. Join in on tidings of comfort and joy and sing a few carols with the orchestra, roaming musicians and opera singers in the lounges and lobbies.
