Fairmont Château Laurier uses the services of a private babysitting company, Gigi's Sitting Service. All babysitters are CPR-trained, bonded and bilingual.
Bellpersons are available at the Main Entrance of the hotel and in the Main Lobby. They handle luggage storage and porterage.

The Concierge Desk is situated in the Lobby, beside the Registration Desk. Concierge will be able to give you further city and restaurant information and help you with anything you require during your stay.
The hotel has five fast-service elevators that run to guest floors and meeting floors.
Express video check-out is offered directly from the television and a copy of your folio is automatically printed at the concierge desk for your convenience. Verification of the guest's account balance can also be done via the television.
Guests looking for souvenirs will be glad to find the several gift shops on the lobby level, including Vincent Art Gallery, Devine Fine Jewellery, and SB Gifts and Souvenirs.
Fairmont Château Laurier offers its guests the complimentary use of the Health Club and Pool, located on the lower level. The Housekeeping department is not only in charge of the cleanliness of the hotel and its bedrooms, but also is in charge of the Lost and Found department, as well as babysitting services. They can also provide extra pillows and towels on request.
Dry cleaning and laundry services are available by contacting the Concierge Desk. They offer same-day and/or overnight services.

The hotel has eight rooms which are specially designed for physically challenged people. They are close to the elevators and feature wider entrance doors, lower light switches and grab bars in the bathroom. Wheelchairs are available through the Concierge Desk on a first come, first served basis.
Wireless connectivity is available in the lobby of the hotel, allowing guests, conference delegates and visitors to the hotel to conveniently access the Internet without worrying about connections. Service is offered for $14.95 CAD for a 24-hour time period and can be paid via a credit card interface.
