Bell Staff
Bell Staff are stationed at the Main Entrance of the hotel, 24-hours a day. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. They will assist you with directions and locations, theatre and sporting event tickets, and dinner reservations.
Elevators
A pair of elevators are located in the Main Lobby.
Express Check-Out
Guests can verify their account and check-out through their television set in the convenience of their guestroom. A receipt will be available at the Front Desk or can be mailed to the address provided at time of reservation.
Gift Shops
The gift shop is located in the Macdonald Health Club on the lower level of the hotel.
Housekeeping
The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds at no extra cost.
Laundry Services
Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday. In order to ensure a 6:00 p.m. same-day delivery, the hotel asks that the laundry bag is received prior to 8:30 a.m.
Parking
We are pleased to offer both valet parking and self Parking, both with in and out privileges. Guests can pull up to the Main Entrance where the Bellstaff will also assist with luggage and directions to the self-parking parkade. Guests that will be using The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald self parking must remember to bring their license plate number to the Front Desk Agent.
Rates:
- $35.00 CAD daily for valet parking overnight or over four hours, excluding tax
- $16.00 CAD valet parking up to four hours, excluding tax
- $25.00 CAD overnight self-parking, excluding tax
Winter Parking
We do have available winter parking in a heated Parkade that will allow entrance to vehicles up to 6'0" in height. For oversized SUV's and Pickup trucks reaching a height of over 6'0", outdoor parking with electrical block heater plug-in's are available for those extra cold nights.
Pet Policy
Small pets are permitted in the hotel at a charge of $25 CAD + GST per day. This very important family member must be supervised at all times. If left alone in the room, pets must be placed in a kennel. Guide dogs are always welcome at no charge. Please Note: With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not permitted in the Harvest Room, Confederation Lounge, or Health Club.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The hotel meets Access Level 3 requirements. Two rooms are equipped with safety grips, grab-bars in the bathtub, raised toilet seats, lowered peephole, and wide doorways. A wheelchair is available on request for use while in the hotel.
