• Access to private Boardroom (accommodates up to six people) equipped with whiteboard and flipchart. Boardroom is subject to availability; hourly fee will apply; complimentary for Fairmont President's Club Members.

• Secretarial Services available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.              
• Two private workstations with computer dataport line capabilities. Each workstation contains a Compaq Pentium 4 computer and 2.40GH2 printer

Guests may also rent TV/VCR combos, computers, and additional audio-visual equipment through our on site supplier, Sharp's Audio-Visual. Please contact Guest Services ahead of time to confirm availability and reserve equipment.
