Dad Deserves Brunch & a BMW 

On Sunday, June 16, 2013, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Spectrum offers a luxe Father's Day brunch celebration featuring various live food stations - from freshly-shucked oysters, foie gras, pastas, prime ribs, seafood to lechon. Sumptuous chef's creations will also be served per table. Not to be missed are the delectable desserts prepared by the hotel's award-winning pastry chefs.

Lovely "Champagne Girls" will make rounds, endlessly pouring Veuve Clicquot champagne.

And, since all Dads deserve a BMW, all Fathers dining at Spectrum will receive a BMW matchbox - a whimsical and fun memento of the fete. Furthermore, Dads get a chance to win amazing prizes in a special lucky draw:

    Beer & Brunch with a Punch

    On Sunday, June 16, 2013, the iconic Long Bar offers a cozy and intimate affair with its Father's Day brunch highlighted by assorted cheese, a selection of cold cuts, carving stations offering honey glazed roast ham, beef jus and potato gratin, lechon, beef carbonade and other culinary specialties.

    Dads can indulge on sinful desserts such as bread and butter pudding, flourless chocolate ganache cake, mixed berries almond tart, maple pecan with Don Papa rum sauce and apple strudel with vanilla sauce.

    Happy Hour starts early as the brunch includes free-flowing Erdinger and Tiger draft beer plus Don Papa rum punch.

    Long Bar's Father's Day brunch is from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Php 2,395 net per person. 

    Luxe Sunday Brunch 

    Sunday brunch has reached a new scale of style and sophistication in cosmopolitan Makati.

    Offered on Sundays at Spectrum, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., guests can indulge in the most lavish offerings of freshly-baked breads, home-made pastris, custom egg menu, charcuterie and live stations of the finest oysters, salmon, sushi, pasta and pizza.

    An extravagant choice of signature desserts and endless pouring of Veuve Clicquot complete this luxurious dining experience.

    The Writers Bar offers the simple joys of the classics with its newest Simply Classic Afternoon Tea. Offered daily from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., this timeless tradition allows you to take pleasure in the finest tea, scones with a Filipino twist, macarons, petite French pastries and tiny sandwiches.

    An Evening with the Don

    Every other Wednesday until September 2013, from 8:00 p.m. until 12 midnight, the old-world charm of the Long Bar is refreshed with dapper mixologists slinging premium Don Papa rum cocktails, freshly hand-rolled Tabaqueria de Filipinas cigars and upbeat music.

    A "light up at nine" ritual ignites the evening with the robust scent of locally made tobaccos, best enjoyed with rum made from the sugar canes of the Negros province.
