My family loved everything about this hotel. The only thing needed to work on is find a way to reduce dust in the room by vacuuming toroughly each time. It wont be gone completely but might reduce more inshallah. Also I stayed at the fairmont gold side, I wasn't notified in advance about checking in at level 28 instead of wasting time queuing at M2. Other than that all are perfect keep it up inshallah.

Com reservation in the last minute to force us to make a new reservation with higher rate Same trick has done to my colleagues as well Their explanation is that my card has been denied This is not a professional nor ethical way to treat a loyal customers

I wanted a view of the Kaaba and I got a very beautiful spot. The room was perfect and the service too. I also loved the food at the restaurant. Just one thing, I didn’t receive the update of my reward points in my All account.

My stay didn’t start the way I planned because my first’ night room didn’t meet my expectations, but Mr. Sharif, Duty Manager, and Ms. Sahar from the Guest relations went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure a comfortable stay.
