Fairmont Mayakoba features 401 guest rooms, located in a traditional low-rise building and throughout the property in two-story Casitas with two to four rooms each. Room categories range from generous Fairmont rooms to our exclusive beachfront Private Suites, all offering guests extraordinary views of the mangroves, water canals, jungle or sea.
Riviera Maya Meetings
The meeting space at Fairmont Mayakoba Riviera Maya near Playa del Carmen consists of 26,495-square-feet of function space and a specifically-designed 8,000-square-foot outdoor event lawn, which can adapt to any type of function.
The hotel’s two main ballrooms – Riviera and Mimosa – feature spacious foyers, which make a perfect location for a cocktail reception or welcoming hall. The Riviera’s impressive foyer is available for large receptions with up to 250 guests, while the Mimosa ballroom can host receptions with up to 180 guests.Our Playa del Carmen meeting venues also include seven smaller rooms ranging from 620 sq. feet to 960 sq. feet of function space. All the meeting facilities have high-speed wireless internet access and indoor music, lighting and sound to accommodate the guest’s specific needs.
