The new Trackman system complements other technology in use at the Jim McLean Golf School Mayakoba, such as the JC Video analysis software which allows instructors to show students firsthand what their individual swings look like and to compare their swings with various PGA TOUR Players.
“I can tell students what their swings look like, but until they actually see it for themselves on our monitors, they don’t really understand,” Said Zuazu. “We show them swings of TOUR players so they understand exactly what the changes we are asking them to make look like. Afterwards, we can let them see their old and new swings side-by-side. It really is a powerful learning tool. As they say – seeing is believing.”
