Rates :
$18 USD per hour for one or two children
$22 USD per hour for three children
An extra hour will be charged after 11:00 p.m. (to cover transportation costs). Four children or more requires an additional babysitter. Please contact the Kids Club to confirm the babysitter at least 12 hours before the service is required.
Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Lobby of the hotel. The Concierge can help you arrange dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions and events.
Our Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the comfort of all our guests. If you require additional housekeeping services, please call Royal Service, we will be glad to serve you 24 hours a day.
Overnight kits, playpens, sewing kits, hypoallergenic pillows and duvets are available for your convenience, please call Royal Service with your request.
Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests. For same day service:
- Inform Royal Service and have your dry-cleaning ready for pick up by 8:30 a.m. Delivery will be made by 6:00 p.m., same day.
- If laundry is picked up after 8:30 a.m., delivery will be made the following day.
- Pressing service is available 24 hours a day.

Small pets, 25 lbs. and under, are accepted at the Fairmont Mayakoba. A $25 US fee will apply for extra cleaning. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrying case when in public areas, and should never be left unattended in the guest room. No pets are allowed in the food & beverage outlets due to health regulations.
Free facilities are available 24-hours a day at the Front Desk. Electronic Safes are also found in all guest rooms.
Please note that the in-room safes are not large enough to accommodate a laptop. If you need to place your laptop in a safe, please contact front desk.
