Refreshment Center Program

In contrast to a traditional mini-bar, which usually has too much of what you don't want and too little of what you do, our Refreshment Center Program lets you stock your in-room refreshment center with what you enjoy most.

Café Maya is your service provider. Part of the charm of our resort is stopping by this Café to select items you may want to treat yourself to during your stay --freshly baked baguettes, imported cheeses, wines, beverages --everything for noshing on your balcony.

Tempting selections of chocolates, cookies, desserts and candies are also available --essential for that late movie or TV show. And for the perfect cup of steaming brew, Café Maya offers a variety of gourmet coffees and teas, including our signature line "Teas at Fairmont"

To stock your Refreshment Center, you can shop directly at Café Maya and have your purchase delivered to your room, or place your order by phone by calling extension 3749. One of our Café Maya colleagues will ensure your refrigerator is supplied within 45 minutes of your call.

Café Maya is also the perfect place to pick up unique culinary souvenirs like Mexican seasonings and hotel pottery as well as handy selection of sundries. Terrace seating is available.
