The new setting to showcase the talent of our culinary team. The soothing shades evoke the light of the setting sun over the sea, the interior design maximizing views from all angles. An intimate walkway arranges several tables along the bay windows, the main room alternates tables in a style which recalls the great American diners, and a private dining room invites intimate gatherings. The menu, created and signed by our Executive Chef Philippe Joannès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best French Craftsman), offers a neo-classically inspired cuisine which revisits great culinary traditions.
