DREAM PACKAGE
Cocktail:
Hot and Cold Canapés (four pieces per person)

Punch (one glass per person)

Toast:
One glass of Sparkling Wine per person

Dinner:
Five-course plated Dinner or Buffet (minimum 40 people for Buffet)

Two Dinners for Suppliers (three courses)

Wine:
1/2 bottle per person

Other:
Late night Coffee/Tea service

Accommodation for an additional night for the Bride and Groom

ELEGANCE PACKAGE
Dinner:
Four-course plated Dinner or Buffet (minimum 40 people for Buffet)

Price:
From $72* CAD per person

COUNTRYSIDE PACKAGE
Dinner:
Barbecue Buffet (minimum 40 people)

Price:
From $60* CAD per person

*All food & beverage functions are subject to a mandatory 15% service charge, of which 11.4% is a gratuity that is distributed to the Hotel’s servers and the remaining 3.6% is an administrative charge that is retained by the Hotel. Applicable taxes extra.

Weddings on Fridays and Sundays - 10% discount on wedding package (not applicable on long weekends) 

All Wedding receptions hosted at Fairmont Le Château Montebello include:

• Banquet room rental
• Printed menus
• Podium and microphone in the Banquet room
• White floor length table linen
• Set up for: dance floor, D.J. and bar
• Use of grounds and inside the hotel for pictures
• Early set-up of the Banquet room for decor, upon availability
• Complimentary accommodation for one night for the Bride and Groom

Special bedroom rates may be available for your out-of town guests. Please note that a minimum of two consecutive nights per room is required over long weekends (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc.).

Starting at $150* CAD plus the following labor charges:
up to 25 people: $4 CAD per person. Taxes extra.
26 to 75 people: $3.75 CAD per person. Taxes extra.
76 people and more: $3.50 CAD per person. Taxes extra.

From an external pastry
Service fee of $3 CAD per person. Taxes extra.

Wedding ceremonies on-site

• At the gazebo - $300 CAD, including the chair set-up. Taxes extra.
