The hotel offers babysitting services and this can be arranged through Housekeeping / Concierge teams. All babysitters have been carefully trained and provide reliable childcare services. Reservations must be made at least 24-hours in advance and any cancellations must be received at least 24-hours in advance. For more then three children, two sitters are required.
- 13 EUR an hour for one child
- 17 EUR an hour for two or three children
Bellmen can be found at hotel's entrance and in the Main Lobby. They will be happy to assist you with porterage as well as your luggage storage needs.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.; Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The hotel Concierge is available 24-hours a day. The Concierge will provide detailed information on local activities, attractions, local shopping, restaurants and arranging transportation.
The hotel Concierge will be able to organize full or half day sightseeing tours on the French or Italian Riviera on Air Conditioning Minibus with multilingual Drivers.

Housekeeping services are available at the hotel to ensure the best possible comfort of all our guests.
Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests. For same day service:
- Call Housekeeping and have your dry-cleaning ready for pick up by 8:30 a.m. Delivery will be made by 6:00 p.m., same day.
- If laundry is picked up after 8:30 a.m., delivery will be made the following day.
- If laundry is picked up after 8:30 a.m. and if guest need it the same day, a surcharge will be charged on the folio.
Shoeshine services are also available and free of charge.
Valet parking is available at the hotel, 24-hours per day:
- 38 EUR per night with in/out privileges
- 8 EUR per day for visitor parking
- 9 EUR Ballroom function parking
Pets are permitted at the hotel at a cost of 25 EUR per pet per day. Pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Pets are not allowed in the dining outlets, with the exception of working dogs assisting guests with disabilities.
Facilities are available at the Front Desk, free of charge. Electronic safes are also found in all guest rooms, however, they are not large enough to accommodate a laptop.
