Aude Flore Bongi - Executive Wedding Manager
Ms. Aude Flore Bongi joined Fairmont Le Montreux Palace in 2015 after a successful career as a wedding and event planner within her own event agency. Passionate about weddings and intimate events, she is always delighted to provide her clients with her expertise, her sense of detail and her creativity to allow them to live the wedding of their dreams.
Frédéric Breuil - Executive Chef
Mr. Frédéric Breuil is in charge of the main kitchen of the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace but also directs the kitchen teams of the restaurants Montreux Jazz Café, MPs Bar and Grill, Funky Claude's Bar, Petit Palais Terrace, Willow Stream Café, Room Service and banquet service.
Mr. Breuil is of French origin and has an impressive international culinary career. He has worked in Asia and the United Arab Emirates. Passionate about his work, he is delighted to propose refined dishes for couples who have chosen to celebrate the best day of their lives at the Montreux Palace.
Micha Lajus - Pastry Chef
Mr. Micha Lajus has been in charge of the pastry kitchen of the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace for over 4 years. Mr. Lajus is of French origin and worked at the Fairmont Monte Carlo before settling in Switzerland. Passionate about his work, he is devoted to his clients and always delighted to create dream wedding cakes.
