Guests can indulge in an idyllic organic lunch against a scenic backdrop created by an acreage of the herb and vegetable garden. Expert chefs are available to toss up lavish garden salads with guests preferences put into consideration. Guests also have the option of adding other organic ingredients such as Platinum Morendat Beef or locally sourced trout fish added to, or accompany their salad dish. Pair this up with exquisite wine sourced from a local vine yard and you have a perfect meal. Diners also welcomed to replenish the herb garden by planting seedlings after the lunch.
Guests are spoilt for choice and can create a salad dish from the following vegetable and herb range - Beetroots, Mixed Lettuce, Swiss Chard, Mustard Greens, Cicoria Catalogna, Butter Lettuce, Coriander, Endive, Celery, Purple Carrots, Yellow Carrots, Green Asparagus, Spring Onions, Artichoke, Red Sea Salad, Rhubarb, Mind, Chocolate Mind, Lemon Grass, Indian Spinach, Garlic Leaf, Chives, Rosemary, White Onion, Beans, Thyme, Sage, Cardoon, Chop Suey Green, Artichokes and many more.
