Currency Exchange

Exchange GBP, HKD, USD, CHF, SGD, SEK, DKK, NOK, JPY, CAD, AUD, EUR, MOP, PHP, THB, NZD, and KRW into Chinese Ren Min Bi (CNY) at our Front Desk on the 37th Floor.

Altitude’s Kids Corner

Kids of all ages can enjoy colouring books, games, toys, foam mats and more in Altitude’s Kids Corner! Sit and enjoy an international buffet on the 60th floor while your kids have fun in the Kids Corner (located next to the Dessert Station in Altitude). Kids Corner is open during regular Operating Hours at Altitude barring any special bookings. Please call ahead for times and availability.

Laundry Service

Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests (fees apply). For same-day service, please inform Royal Service and have your dry-cleaning or laundry ready for pick up by 10:00 a.m. Delivery will be done at 6:00 p.m. the same day. If laundry is picked up after 10:00 a.m., delivery will be done the following morning.

Lost & Found

Please visit our Concierge desk at the 1st Floor lobby or call our Royal Service (8672-8888) for all Lost & Found related inquiries.

Safe Deposit Boxes

All in-house guests receive complimentary Safe Deposit Box Service. For further inquiries please visit our Front Desk on the 37th floor.

Airport VIP Pick-Up Service

We offer Airport VIP Pick-up Service to various destinations around the city. Rates to Nanjing Lukou International Airport begin at RMB750 net. Choose from a fleet of vehicles including an Audi A6, Buick Van, Toyota Coaster, Jinlong Bus, BMW 7 Class, Mercedes Benz S Class and a Bentley.

Bell Staff

The bell staff are ready to provide guests with complimentary luggage delivery service straight to guest rooms and suites.

Check-In/Check-Out

Our friendly Front Desk staff are ready to help you check-in/check-out on the 37th Floor. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Fairmont Gold guests enjoy private VIP check-in service and early/late check-in/check-out service at our Fairmont Gold Lounge on the 57F.

Concierge

The Concierge Desk is located in the main lobby of the hotel on the first floor. They will gladly assist you with dinner and activity reservations, tickets, taxi service, convenience store runs, transportation information and directions to major attractions.
