Bell staff are currently located in the Lobby. Luggage storage is available.
Fairmont Newport Beach offers formal Concierge service and is pleased to provide information on local attractions and provide other concierge information.
The Concierge is available from 7:00am until 7:00pm daily in the Main Lobby of the hotel. The Concierge is available for assistance with dinner reservations, event tickets, tours and directions to sites and around Southern California; or any other request that will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit.
Currency Exchange available through the cashier at the Front Desk
Guests that presented a credit card at check-in may check out without stopping at the reception desk, by using the Express Check-out on the television in their guest room or by contacting the Royal Service Agent.
The Hotel Gift Shop is located on the Lobby level just to the right of the Front Desk, and provides sundries, gifts, magazines and other assorted travel necessities. The Gift Shop is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The Spa Gift Shop is located on the Third Floor in the Foyer of the Willow Stream Spa, and offers a range of skin care products, spa attire and unique gifts. The retail space is open during regular Spa hours.

The Fairmont Newport Beach is a Valet-only parking hotel. The day rate for overnight guests is $22.00 per day with in an out privileges.
2008 rate will be at $26.00.
