bambú Restaurant is set in the midst of a spectacular four story Atrium with lush gardens filled with palms, orchids, and twenty foot bamboo trees. Here, the fare is eclectic, with Asian, French and Italian influences and can be sampled on every menu throughout the day.

For breakfast, sample the signature Brioche French Toast with banana, hazelnut European chocolate stuffing, or the Beef Short Rib Scrambler. Lunch at bambu showcases the Petite Quattro Lunch, the perfect lunch for those on the go. Offering two items in each category - soup, salad, entree and dessert - the meal is served in less than 20 minutes or it's free. Other lunch menu highlights include Grilled Streak Panini and Pacific Ono Tacos. Dinner is a culinary adventure with a weekly prix fixe menu created by Chef Mahon with wine pairings, or choose to go off the menu and enjoy several patron favorites such as Tofu Lasagna, Roasted Bacon-wrapped Pork Loin and Mac "n" cheese.

bambu restaurant also offers the Special 'A la Carte' Brunch each Sunday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The elaborate 'A la Carte' Brunch, presents a spectacular display of the finest offerings, expertly prepared by our award winning, culinary team. Reservations are recommended for this popular event that will tranform a casual weekend into a special occasion. Available at the price of $30.00 per adult plus taxes and service. We will still offer regular 'a la carte' breakfast and our traditional buffet breakfast from 6:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m.
