Orange County Performing Arts Center
Visit the Orange County Performing Arts Center for a dynamic evening of entertainment and culture. The center offers a year-round calender of exciting performances. In 2006, the center unveiled the César Pelli-designed Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall as part of its 20th anniversary. The new hall is home to the Pacific Symphony, Pacific Chorale and touring orchestras presented by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County. It recently debut its centerpiece, the William J Gillespie Concert Organ, weighing in at 30 tons and boasting 4,332 pipes. The larger and still-impressive Segerstrom Hall offers dance, touring Broadway musicals, and productions by Opera Pacific. More intimate presentations take place in Founders Hall and the Samueli Theater. Couple an evening of entertainment with a nightcap at the bambú Lounge to finish off a wonderful night on the town.
