Babysitting
Babysitting services are available at the hotel. Qualified and first-aid trained babysitters available upon request.
Price:
L.E. 80 per hour for one or two children.
An extra hour will be charged if babysitter stays for over three hours (to cover a meal).
An extra hour will be charged after 11:00 p.m. (to cover transportation costs).
Four children or more require an additional babysitter.
Please contact Concierge to confirm babysitting at least 12 hours before services are required.
Bell Staff
Bell Staff are stationed at the Main Entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
Check out is at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will happily assist you in planning tours and other activities such as your visit to the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel and the famous Pyramids.
Laundry Services
Same-day dry cleaning and laundry services are available. Laundry bags and price lists are located in the guestroom closet. In order to guarantee same-day delivery, items must be ready by 10:00 a.m.
Parking
For hotel guests, a 24 hour valet parking service is available.
Pet Policy
In order to guarantee our guests a comfortable, safe, and allergy-free environment, Fairmont Nile City, Cairo respectfully declines the presence of pets in guest rooms and public areas, with the exception of seeing-eye dogs, which are always welcome.

Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.
