Kilohana Room & Garden
Offering sweeping sunset views of the Kohala Coast resort, this indoor/outdoor function space is the ideal location for your wedding reception at The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii reception. Shuttered doors open to a private lanai and grassy area surrounded by tiki torches, perfect for cocktails before moving inside to your wedding dinner. With a built in wooden dance floor and seating for up to 80, this beautiful room is located just steps from the lobby.
The Grande Ballroom
For larger gatherings, this elegant 14,000-square-foot ballroom can be divided into three sections or can serve up to 1,120 people banquet-style. Doors open up to views of the beautiful nymph fountain in the center of the Ballroom Courtyard.
The Plaza Ballroom
This ballroom can seat up to 90 people banquet-style and can also be divided into three separate rooms. Doors open up to views of the beautiful nymph fountain in the center of the Ballroom Courtyard.
The Promenade Ballroom
Located on the garden level of our Hawaiian resort, this ballroom can seat up to 250 people for a banquet-style wedding reception. This ballroom can also be divided into three separate rooms.
