Sushi choices include a wide array of sushi rolls such as Original 69 Roll (California roll with unagi sauce and tobiko); Spider Roll (Soft Shell Crab, Avocado, Kaiware, Cucumber and Yamagobo); and a Salmon Skin Roll.
Nigiri sushi choices include Toro (fatty tuna), Hirame (flounder), Saba (mackerel), Ebi (shrimp), Unagi (freshwater eel), Ika (squid), Tako (octopus), Kani (crab legs) and seasonal selections, including Awabi (abalone), Amaebi (sweet shrimp), Iwashi (sardine) and much more. Special combination platters of sushi and sashimi are also available.
