The Shops at Mauna Lani Meet a Hawaiian goddess. Featured at the Shops at Mauna Lani just a short walk or drive down our entrance road on the resort, this complimentary hula show called “Ho’olina” is offered Wednesday and Friday at 7:00pm and 8:00pm in the Shops’ amphitheatre. This story enacts three female deities of Hawaiian folklore. On Monday and Thursday, learn of King Kamehameha in the exciting story entitled “Shark Eyes”.
Gathering Of The Kings Polynesian Feast/Drama Enjoy a Polynesian Feast. Here at The Fairmont Orchid, visit the islands of Hawai’i, Samoa, New Zealand, and Tahiti all in one sitting in our thrilling “Gathering of the Kings” Polynesian feast and contemporary dance performance. Enjoy the music, dances, and cuisine of Polynesia. This outdoor venue will take you through a journey showcasing the exciting fire knife dance of Samoa, the Haka of New Zealand, as well as the magical Hula of Hawai’i. The show is held on Saturday and Tuesday evenings at The Plantation Estate.
