Fairmont Pacific Rim's light and airy meeting space includes the newly enhanced Star Sapphire Ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests, the Emerald Ballroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that can accommodate up to 250 guests, three boardrooms, three meeting rooms and a 24 seat state-of-the-art multimedia theatre. In addition to these distinctive meeting rooms, guests also have the opportunity to select the spectacular Owner's Suite Terrace, offering a unique and intimate setting for dinner events of up to 40 guests, or receptions up to 60 guests. 

Conveniently attached to the newly expanded west wing of the Vancouver Convention Centre, and state of the art technology such as wireless internet, ethernet connectivity, web casting, videoconferencing and archiving capabilities ensure your meeting or event is a success.
