Bell Staff

Bell people are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel and in the Main Lobby. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Concierge

Our Lobby level front desk offers concierge service as well as on the Fairmont Gold floor. Our staff would be delighted to assist you with directions, tickets to theatre and sports events and dinner reservations.

Elevators

Elevators are located in the Main Lobby and they reach every level of the hotel.

Express Check-Out

Guests can verify their account and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be mailed out to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.

Housekeeping

The Housekeeping staff will provide extra amenities such as humidifiers, cribs and cots at no extra cost. Microwaves and mini-refrigerators are available for a fee of $25 per stay.

Laundry Services

Daytime and overnight laundry and dry cleaning services are available.

Parking

Valet parking: $38 CAD/night Sunday through Thursday, plus GST, $30 CAD/night Friday and Saturday, plus GST, with unlimited access. (Please park your vehicle in front of the hotel's Main Entrance, on 9th Avenue.)                   

 

NOTE: The above rates are applicable ONLY if guest charges parking to their room folio.  If guest chooses to pay separately, the following will apply:

$7/hour up to maximum $25 until 6 p.m. After 6p.m., another $6 is charged until 6 a.m. Nights and weekends are both $6. No in- and- out privileges.

Pet Policy

Small pets are permitted in the hotel. At time of check-in, the owner of the animal must sign a Pet Damage Waiver, accepting responsibility for any damage caused by the animal, and subsequent cleaning/repair costs. The pet must be under supervision at all times. If left alone in the room, the animal must be placed in a kennel.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The hotel has five guestrooms that meet Access Level Two requirements. These rooms have safety grips, bars in the showers, raised toilet seats, lowered peepholes, and wide doorways - there are also two wheelchairs available on request. The additional supplies available upon request include the following: handicap seat for the bathtub, handicap seat for the toilet, handicap support for the bathtub, no-slip bath mat, phone with large number pads and phone with amplification option.

There are two options for wheelchair accessibility into the hotel the first is an accessibility lift on the North West side of the hotel (9th Ave.) programmed to open at 7 a.m. and lock at 7 p.m. thereafter, guest access keys grant access. The second option into the hotel is via the valet parking level into our mezzanine level, as our main entrance has a grand staircase. All of our meeting and function spaces is wheelchair accessible.
