Each Monday evening, The Rimrock presents a chocolate fantasy that you've imagined only in your sweetest dreams.  This decadent buffet features such delights as a fountain cascading with rich, creamy chocolate, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate pizza, chocolate pate, plus many more divine chocolate creations.
