Sunday Brunch is a time-honored tradition, and tradition reigns at The Fairmont Palliser. Our buffet graces our beautiful lobby and features carved roasts, seafood and salads, omelettes made to order, our famous Belgian Waffles, as well as decadent desserts from our pastry kitchen. Live piano music each week.

Please Note. Sunday Brunch takes a summer vacation starting in June through and including September (except June 15th - Father's Day). Brunch will resume Sunday September 21st.
