Seven versatile rooms, six of which are flooded with natural light and have a private outside terrace, and a ballroom that can accommodate upwards of 600 guests and outdoor venue spaces that offer a resplendent setting to enjoy spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf. All rooms come complete with comprehensive audio visual technology and a range of banqueting options ensuring seamless Palm Jumeirah meetings and events.

 

Palm Ballroom A & B:
Named after the world’s largest man made island shaped in the form of a palm tree, this 581 square metre ballroom can be divided into two equal spaces (Palm Ballroom A and Palm Ballroom B) for more intimate gatherings.  Flanked on three sides by pre function areas as well as the Palm Courtyard, this venue is most recognized by its soothing colour palette of light cream, beige and ecru, as well as the abundance of natural light throughout the venue.  Offering a ‘blank canvas’ for the meeting planner to brand and configure this space, the Palm Ballroom can accommodate 400 people for a gala dinner and upwards to 600 for an evening reception.


Crescent 1 & 2:
The second largest meeting space in the collection, this multifunctional venue can be sectioned off into two equal areas (Crescent 1 and Crescent 2), with each having access to either a terrace running the length of the room with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, or the Palm Courtyard, an outdoor space featuring unique floral and landscaping elements and a free standing water fountain as a focal point. This space is best suited for medium sized events ranging from a press conference to a bespoke event showcase.

 

The Boardroom:
Ideally suited for the top tier business meeting and seating upwards to 16 executives, this venue features a rectangular boardroom table in the center and  state of the art audiovisual technology.  The Boardroom also benefits from natural light emanating from the Palm Courtyard. 

 

Gulf 1:
Centrally located in this meeting destination, Gulf 1 is well equipped to serve as a dedicated breakout room or centrally house a client’s secretarial services for a function.

 

Gulf 2, 3, 4 & 5:
Accessible to both indoor and outdoor pre function areas, the Gulf meeting rooms are best suited for smaller and more intimate events ranging from corporate trainings to team building exercises.
