Watch the sun go down while enjoying two classic Aperitivo cocktails and canapes, or choose from a selection of Italian beers or wines, all for AED 99.

  •  Aperol Spritz: Aperol, a bitter orange based aperitif made with Campari. Aperol Spritz is a recently developed cocktail created by mixing white wine and soda.
  • Negroni (Sbagliato): Reputed to have been created in Florence, Italy in 1919, at Caffè Casoni. Count Camillo Negroni invented the cocktail by asking the bartender to strengthen his favourite cocktail, the Americano, by adding gin rather than the normal soda water.

  • Bellini: The Bellini was invented in the early 20th Century by Giuseppe Cipriani. He named it after 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini as the colour was reminiscent of the pinks used in his paintings.

  • Amaretto Sour: Amaretto means "a little bitter" in Italian, andwas first invented by the Lazzaronifamily in Saronno, Italy in the 16th century.
